Course
I have been working as a psychologist and psychotherapist for more than 15 years, building my career across different countries and cultures.
I hold several degrees in psychology:
-
Master’s degree in Childhood, Adolescence and Institutional Psychology – University of Nanterre, France
-
Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology – University of Nanterre, France
-
Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology – Ibero-American University, Mexico
-
University Diploma in Play Therapy for Children and Adolescents – Systemic, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral and Psychoanalytic Approaches – Autonomous University of Mexico
-
University Diploma in Theory and Techniques of Psychoanalysis – Mexican Psychoanalytic Society
I have always been eager to keep learning and expanding my skills. At the moment, I am continuing my training in Moreno’s Psychodrama. Psyche means soul, and Drama means action. This form of psychotherapy uses action and spontaneity to give voice to emotions and inner struggles, and then works toward understanding, processing, and resolving them.
Over the years, I have had the chance to work with children, teenagers, adults, and older adults in both Mexico and France. My experience includes working in a psycho-pedagogical institute, in a pediatric hospital alongside a multidisciplinary team supported by UNICEF, where I also offered workshops on burnout prevention and well-being.
I also spent several years working with community-based associations such as Parrains par Mille in prevention programs for children, teenagers, families, and volunteers, and with ESPEREM at the Clair Matin Grégoire foster home, where I provided therapeutic support for unaccompanied minors. These experiences enriched my professional journey, giving me an open-minded perspective on different cultures and helping me develop an integrative approach to therapy.
Alongside my institutional work, I began offering private sessions in French, Spanish, and English, with children, adolescents, adults, and groups.
Today, my practice is about creating a safe and welcoming space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. Together, we take time to reflect, explore your emotions, and better understand the difficulties you may be facing. My goal is to help you navigate challenges, work through them, and grow stronger. We will do this not only through dialogue, but also—when the time feels right—by using action-based methods, which allow us to step directly into situations rather than only speaking about them.
