My professional course

I have been practicing as a psychologist-psychotherapist for 10 years. I built my career abroad and in France.

I have different degrees:

- Master 2 in "Psychology of childhood, adolescence and institutions" at the University of Nanterre, France.

- Master 1 in "Developmental Psychology" at the University of Nanterre, France.

- Master 2 in "Clinical Psychology" at the Ibero-American University, Mexico

- University Diploma in "Psychotherapy through the expression of the game for children and adolescents approaching Systemic, Gestalt, Behavioral Cognitive and Psychoanalytic" at the Autonomous University of Mexico.

- University Diploma in "Theory and Techniques of Psychoanalysis" at the Psychoanalytic Society of Mexico.

Always eager to learn and deepen my knowledge, both in life and in the professional field, I continue to train in the Moreno Psychodrama.

Psyche: Soul and Drama: Action. This psychotherapy aims to express emotions or an inner problematic through action and spontaneity, then on understanding, developing and verbalizing the conflict in order to solve it.

My professional experience has been with different types of people. I did several internships in Mexico and France with children, adolescents, adults and seniors in various institutional contexts.

I worked as a psychologist at a Psycho-Pedagogical Institute. I also worked in a Pediatric Hospital with a multidisciplinary group supported by UNICEF. In addition, I gave burnout syndrome and wellness workshops in the same institution.

Currently I work for the french association « Parrain par Mille » as part of the prevention with children, adolescents, families and volunteers. International institutional and associative experience has allowed me to develop an openness to different cultures, to form an integrative approach.

In parallel, I give private sessions with children, teenagers and adults in French, Spanish and English. My practice is to accompany you in a period of your life through the construction of a space and a link of listening, reflection, confidence, without judgment and with benevolence. We will reflect together, understand your difficulties and deepen your emotions to go through the different trials of life and overcome them.
